I have chosen Raymond Briggs as the author of the Snowman which appeals to all age groups both young and old. Not only are the books well written but the coins represent exactly the Royal Mints portrayal of the characters.

The Shakespeare set is my favourite. All three are beautifully designed and worthy of the great Bard.

We are reminded of Charles Dickens every Christmas.
And will be for years to come.
Also, Christmas would not be Christmas without one of the Classic movies from Dickens story books. The set of coins of Dickens as Famous Author are beautifully designed.
