    Hi Adam
You say all the coins will be releast individually through and yet back in September/October 2020 the mint said that no more 2p or £2 coins will enter circulation for ten years, have they changed their minds ?
    Les.

Hi Les, what I mean by that is each coin in the set will be released individually to purchase, not that they will be entering circulation – that is yet to be confirmed. At the moment the only coin available to purchase individually is the decimalisation 50p. But sadly, yes the Royal Mints statement about coins entering circulation is still correct. Hope that clears it up for you 🙂

Hi Les, thanks for the comment! I am yet to hear if the Royal Mint have any plans, but it would make for a great collection if special anniversary coins were released on the anniversary date 🙂

Are these coins going to be available individually with the Westminster collection subscription service?

    • Adam Turnbull on January 14, 2021 at 9:37 am

Hi Chris, yes the coins will be available individually but not until later in the year, as the coins from the annual set aren’t all individually released straight away. I hope that helps 🙂

You didn’t mention the 2021 Olympic games 50p which was supposed to have been reissued this year by the Royal Mint in the annual sets!

    • Adam Turnbull on January 8, 2021 at 1:41 pm

Not to worry, that coin is still set to be released this year. However, in this video I only look at the 2021 Annual coin set 🙂
